To be successful in real estate—or any business, for that matter—you need the knowledge to build a sustainable business and you need the proper mindset to carry yourself through both the good times and bad.
If you only look at real estate as an opportunity to make money, then you’re not going to last. Sure, there’s plenty of money in real estate, but money alone isn’t why people stay in real estate. To succeed, you need to invest yourself—heart, mind, and soul.
Though I’ve been in real estate for nearly thirty years, I consider myself a businessman, first and foremost. I’ve spent years studying business management (I have two college degrees in this area, plus decades of experience), developing my sales skills, studying and teaching entrepreneurship, and expanding my knowledge of real estate.
Recently, I’ve founded VIVA Brazil, an international real estate investment club and retreat. My objective is to introduce investors to the beauty of Brazil—its culture, lifestyle and numeours investment opportunities. |
